YOUR TASKS AS A VOLUNTEER

SET UP AND BREAK DOWN THE EVENT

Do you love packing? Then this is the Job where you get to shine!

We can always use helping hands on Friday during event set up and after the event during tear down.

  • Setting up / tearing down fences
  • Setting up merchandise and other event decor
  • Trash collection after the event

DURING THE EVENT

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to cheer on participants, assist at check-in locations, distribute beverages at our hydration stations, and more. You are communicative and want to see and feel the excitement and joy of the participants? 

Do you light up when you get to bring joy to people? 

Then helping during the event is THE JOB for you! 



Task during event day are e.g:

  • ASSIST WITH PARTICIPANT REGISTRATION
  • CHEER ON AND MOTIVATE PARTICIPANTS
  • THROW COLOUR AT THE COLOUR STATIONS
  • SECURE THE COURSE AND OBSTACLES
  • ASSIST PARTICIPANTS AT THE FINISH LINE

  2. BAG DROP: Guard the treasure! Watch over participants’ gear like a hawk, ensuring it’s safe and sound until they return victorious.
  3. STORE AND PRE-ORDER PICK UP: Be the shopkeeper of dreams! Help participants snag their event swag or goodies they’ve pre-ordered to make their experience even more epic.
  4. START LINE: Ready, set, go! Be the master of ceremonies at the launchpad, hyping up each wave of participants as they blast off into the fun-filled madness.
  5. FINISH LINE: Roll out the red carpet! Cheer on participants as they cross the finish line, showering them with applause and rewards fit for champions.
  6. FACILITY MAINTAINER/FLOATERS: Be the ultimate multitasker! Zoom around the event area, lending a hand wherever it’s needed – whether it’s fixing obstacles, guiding lost adventurers, or just spreading good vibes.
  7. OBSTACLE SUPERVISOR: Command the obstacle course! Make sure everyone tackles each challenge with style and flair, keeping the energy high and the laughter contagious.
  8. COLOR STATION: Unleash the rainbow! Sprinkle participants with bursts of vibrant hues, turning them into living works of art as they journey through the kaleidoscope of fun.
  9. WATER STATION: Be the hydration hero! Quench participants’ thirst with refreshing elixirs, ensuring they stay energized and hydrated as they conquer the course.
